worst dealership Very disorganized and very poor customer service. On june 1 i went in for oil change 2 hour later they call me to informed me “ they changed engin Very disorganized and very poor customer service. On june 1 i went in for oil change 2 hour later they call me to informed me “ they changed engine’s mount and it was under warranty”. I left the shop as i was driving home i started to hear a noise. I drove the car for 3 weeks before I stop by the maintenance service. I was told to call and speak with adviser who took care me on June 1 and I need to make appointment. the sooner appointment he had available was one week later. I arrived to appointment a young gentleman took care me. I explained to him the car was making noise & little vibration after they change engine mount. The gentleman wrote the explaination incorrect and took my key. I received a called by Robert saying all i needed was tire alignment and price for it. Left the car for the day & picked up around 6 pm. I was welcomed by young lady and it took them 20 mins to find my car keys. They had the wrong tag on it. I drove away and the car had the same noise as before, brought the car back and Robert apologized and told me they will get to the bottom it & fix the car & car should be ready in a few days. I told him i was going to medical leave and my sister would pick it up. one week later, since i didn’t receive a call about the status of my car i stop by. They didnt have a clear answer and that Robert will call me on following Monday. ( he never called me) I call multiple time i was giving excuses after excuses. Three week later, i was able to drive o went in to pick up the car. Again no answer if my car was ready, i had to wait for Robert who was on break. 30 mins, later he come in tell me all i need is new tires and he try to call me (he had wrong number for me).. i took my car and decide i dont what nothing to do with honda. More

Lies and poor service Service and sale agents made me go back and forward to avoid responsibility on a damage caused on my 2014 Honda Pilot which I bought from this dealer. People who took care of my case were very professional with their lies and excuses to avoid responsibility of a dealership who sold a certify used Pilot. I would not recommend this dealership for service nor for sales department. More

Poor customer contact I want to preface my review by saying that we buy all of our vehicles at Kelly Honda. We love working with Julie Fabiano who tries her best to accommodate all of our needs. We’ve been buying our cars from her for the past 19 years. Today I had a 12:30 appointment to service my 2 month old 2018 Honda Pilot, which has been making a strange sound after going over bumps. When I spoke with the receptionist upon arrival I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to diagnose/fix my vehicle. My daughter and I went to the waiting area and waited, and waited and waited. After 3 hours, I went back to the receptionist who told me they are still working on it. So I went back and waited for another hour and 15 minutes. I then decided I’d inquire again but with a different person. This time I was told it was done and somewhere in the lot. He kindly came out with me and while we were searching informed me that they did not service my vehicle because they had to order parts. What a bummer! My daughter and I spent the entire day sitting at Kelly Honda only for them to tell us they couldn’t service it. I get it, that they needed a part but I’m not quite sure why it took over 4 hours. We received no paperwork or written diagnosis. I don’t know what part(s) need replacing, I’m assuming it’s not a dangerous problem, and no apology for the extended wait. I’m wondering if I didn’t go and find the worker if we’d still be waiting.....So now I’m home but still have to wait for them to call when the part(s) come in, which could be a day, a week, a month, who knows? More
