We bought a brand new Honda Clarity in September 2019 from Kelly Honda. On Christmas morning, when we plugged it in to charge, it Self Acclerated. It went from being in park and turned off to driving dow from Kelly Honda. On Christmas morning, when we plugged it in to charge, it Self Acclerated. It went from being in park and turned off to driving down our driveway and crashed into our boat trailer. If a child had been in front of it, that child would have been run over. We could not reach Kelly Honda that day, but when we did reach them, they told us to call Honda. We did immediately. Honda picked up the car off the boat and trailer and took it to Kelly Honda for safety inspection. They found nothing that could explain the Self Acceleration. We told them we do not feel safe driving the car until they can identify the cause of the SELF Accerleration. KELLY HONDA THREATENED that if we did not bring their loaner car back, they would report it missing. They also threatened to charge us for each day we kept the loaner ( which is not nicer than our original car). James, one of their Finance people then told us we could trade in the car for 10,000$ less than we paid for it. Kelly Honda is not to be trusted if there is a serious, life threatening defect with a car. The Only Choice Kelly Honda gave us was to loose 10,000$ and THEY will RESELL the potentially dangerous car to another family. More

Service is always great. Staff is always welcoming, friendly, and informative. My only complaint would be that, as I have back problems, my seat is set to exactly how I need it to be, in order to stay friendly, and informative. I will never go back to the service department. They are impossible to get in contact with and have horrible communication. They had my car for 8 hours before I could get in touch with anyone. I called multiple times and kept being told someone would get in touch with me. My service appointment was at 7:30am and I didn’t know until 3:30pm that my car needed to stay over night and I had to scramble to find a ride home from work. They need to improve their customer service. More
