Over all I found the experience excellent . Brought my Accord in this morning for an appointment , which was punctuatal and prompt . I was attended by Jeff Ruiz in the Service Department . Brought in for service after trying to get to the scheduling department which is almost impossible. Two weeks later after giving the run around I finally got an appointment. I was told there is no issue. Drove to NH from MA went shopping car would not start. Battery drained car doesn’t completely turn off either. Trying to get another appointment it’s been about five days now. Promised a call from a manager two days in a row. Today I found out there is no manager working today after being promised a call back by end of day. I have a seven year warranty and have brought business to this company as I loved the sales rep. Now I’m totally disappointed and prey my friends don’t have the same issue I do. I spent 500 on a rental so far. I’m absolutely in shock the lack of customer service Kelly Honda in Lynn has. It’s one lie after another. One promise after another. No one has pulled through. I’m towing my car there on Monday weather they like it or not. I have no other options. Oh don’t try making an appointment online either. No confirmation. More
I stopped with an emergency, they took me immediately and fixed my vehicle... I didn’t even have a Honda and they didn’t know me and assured me they would get my vehicle fixed which they did for a very good fixed my vehicle... Charge for a service that was not done I took my car to this dealership for a B1 service (Oil change + Tire rotation), drop the vehicle and waited a few hours for the requested service to b I took my car to this dealership for a B1 service (Oil change + Tire rotation), drop the vehicle and waited a few hours for the requested service to be done. I paid my invoice when the service was completed and walked to my car and to my big surprise I noticed that the tires were never rotated since I had marks identifying the front tires. I went back and confronted the service adviser who apologize and asked me to wait another 15/20minutes so that they can complete the rotation. How many customers paid for service at this dealership and never got the service done? I will never take my car to this dealership for service, they lost my trust.
