Positive experience The tire pressure light on my 2 1/2 year-old CRV came on. Because I had had a previous bad experience with tires I got panicked. Went to Kelly Honda The tire pressure light on my 2 1/2 year-old CRV came on. Because I had had a previous bad experience with tires I got panicked. Went to Kelly Honda on the Lynnway and asked to have it checked. Not sure whether they would try to sell me something I didn't need or what the issue was going to be I was a bit anxious. 20 minutes after leaving my car with the representative, they came to find me to tell me they had adjusted the pressure in all four tires which was a bit low, checked all of my systems which were all in the green, and that there would be no charge for the service. You can imagine my relief. A positive way to start the new year. Thank you Kelly Honda. More

If looking for a deal look elsewhere Me and my wife arrived hoping to find a deal on a CRV similar to ones I have seen online for at other dealers. We arrived and were greeted by a sales Me and my wife arrived hoping to find a deal on a CRV similar to ones I have seen online for at other dealers. We arrived and were greeted by a salesman by the name of Joseph who was more than happy to show us the vehicles, not so much interested in knocking down the price on a used vehicle beyond the sticker price. From the moment we met him we knew he struck me as the type of person who would screw over anyone to make a quick dollar. We began with me throwing out a lowball offer of $15K which he said he could work with. He showed me a sheet of the work done to it which was little more than an oil change, change of windshield wipers, air filer, etc. Little stuff that would cost me less than $100 to do myself which had been billed at over $1000. I know salesmen lie but this guy makes the average salesman seem honest which is still something I can work with but when he began to be patronizing I knew if I was to get a deal I would get it in writing and take it to another dealership to give the sale to someone who knows how to treat a customer with respect. After we went for a test drive we went in to talk about the price. I got them to knock a few hundred dollars but that still but the cost a few thousand dollars above what I would pay on a deal at another dealership and when I brought that up he began to patronize me again for saying I could find a just as good vehicle for less money; I am pretty sure he does not know that other dealerships provide a carfax and inspection of vehicles before they sell them. He didn't understand why I would be willing to travel up to 40 miles to get a good deal but that is his loss. I am use to give and take when it comes to negotiating a price; they would not even knock off $500 before letting me know that they didn't think there. I am not sure why when I was at 16K he thought 20 was acceptable but that is OK, he is not as slick as he thinks he is. Lying is one thing as he is a salesman, they all lie but patronizing customers and being unwilling to work out a deal well that is enough for me to not ever come back. More

Someone could have come to me and tell me not much longer or something instead of feeling invisible. Needed the "C" service but just asked to check tires, fluids and change oil and next time I would go ahead with the "C" service. When my car was finished, the young girl came to the waiting room, called my name, and said I was done, but, I only have 5% left on my brakes! This is very dangerous and I should have been told when they were still working on my car not when my car was finished and in garage ready to go! I was leaving for a 3 hr trip the next day. More

Julie helped me purchase my last lease and I was very happy to find her there to help me with this one. She is helpful, courteous, and listens to what I have to say. Not to mention she knows her product. I wish my interactions with all sales people were as good as they are with Ms. Febonio. I've recomdned Honda and Julie to several people and will continue to do so. I would also like to add the Eli Hanna was also excellent to deal with and very patient when going over the paperwork.
