Very professional and courteous. I returned my CRV for a re-occurring problem. I was assured that there was no danger to cause damage while driving the car and that as soon as Honda I returned my CRV for a re-occurring problem. Spending lots of money on new tires! I went to Kelly for a tire repair and was told I needed a new tire. Because it is better for the car if you have equally new tires on both sides, I no I went to Kelly for a tire repair and was told I needed a new tire. Because it is better for the car if you have equally new tires on both sides, I now had to purchase two new tires. Financially I was not prepared to buy new tires. There was a discount available for the job. It was 5% but every little bit helps. The time involved to do the job took a little longer that expected because tires has to be gotten from another store.
