Had a wonderful experience Miguel and Amy went above and beyond for me detailing my Altima, so I could give it to My daughter as she was getting her license on February 29. Sales is good, Amy is great. Service is horrible. When I bought car a year ago it took 1 and a half hours to get a simple inspection sticker. Bottom slash guard came off after tw Service is horrible. And part was on back order and when it did come in it took three hours to install. 1/30/24 bentvrom due to pothole 2 hours to replace I tire. Service department is horrible. It’s like watching a slow motion movie. Girl at cashiers desk was on cell phone entire time and then had a severe attitude when they finnsly did finish the service two hours later. More
