Refused to honor quote from Internet Sales Consultant I was offered a price by Melody Francis, the Internet Sales Consultant, in advance of my trip to the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, the Sales Associate and his Manager, Andre Willis, both refused to honor the price I had been quoted. I recognize that Ms. Francis offered me a very aggressive deal, but that is hardly my fault, and the fact that the dealership refused to honor it is, in my opinion, abhorrent. More

Great Job So I brought my car in for an oil change and to check out my parking brake and shocks. I want to preface this review by saying I've had my car for 2 y So I brought my car in for an oil change and to check out my parking brake and shocks. I want to preface this review by saying I've had my car for 2 yrs, and have not been overly please on several occasions when having my care serviced here. Mainly poor communication and lack of follow through. However today's experience was exceptional. The staff was very thorough, were able to meet a timeline I requested and followed up several times with the technicians when I had questions. Very please with today's service....Thank you Kelly Honda for a job well done. More
