My end of lease was due and I knew what car I was interested in having done the research beforehand. "We don't negotiate" Went in and took a look at a car. Liked what we saw. Started negotiating and was met with the priceless quote "we don't negotiate our prices." For a 3 year old used car, they were asking 3K less than a new car from this year would be sold for. They kept saying "You've done your research, right?" To which we said, yes - that's why we know this price is silly, but we can find a middle ground where we both can be happy. After half an hour, they came down 1K - but they were being pretty difficult and it was a bad experience overall. We ended up going elsewhere and getting the same car for the price we wanted and that experience was smooth and clear. More
Charge for a service that was not done I took my car to this dealership for a B1 service (Oil change + Tire rotation), drop the vehicle and waited a few hours for the requested service to b I took my car to this dealership for a B1 service (Oil change + Tire rotation), drop the vehicle and waited a few hours for the requested service to be done. I paid my invoice when the service was completed and walked to my car and to my big surprise I noticed that the tires were never rotated since I had marks identifying the front tires. I went back and confronted the service adviser who apologize and asked me to wait another 15/20minutes so that they can complete the rotation. How many customers paid for service at this dealership and never got the service done? I will never take my car to this dealership for service, they lost my trust. Stay away!!!! They do not honor their trade in quotes. I spoke with one of their sales people Amy and she quoted me $6k-$8k for my trade. Then when I spoke with her manager Dan, he told me they will only gi spoke with one of their sales people Amy and she quoted me $6k-$8k for my trade.
