It is our understanding that you reached out to our dealership in an effort to receive a trade-in appraisal for your vehicle with a non-working motor. Our representative Amy provided you with the Kelley Blue Book (KBB) value for your vehicle trade-in and notified you it was subject to a full appraisal in-person. Our Pre-Owned Manager followed up with you shortly after your conversation with Amy to let you know what the approximate value of your vehicle was in the condition you described and you were unhappy with the approximate value. Due to the non-working motor, we were unable to provide you with the trade-in value that you were looking for. Please understand that were are unable to provide you with more information about your vehicle trade-in without an in-person evaluation. Thank you, Emmanuel.

That is incorrect. I sent photos and explained any all issues with the vehicles before Amy gave me any quotes. Ultimately, if Amy wasn’t allowed to give quotes(according to Dan, her manager) she shouldn’t have. There’s a major lack of communication at that dealership and they can’t seem to get their act together. Also, according to this review website, no one from this dealership should call me after a review. Dan, the manager, called me right after I submitted the original review. This is another example of the unprofessionalism at this dealership. Again, STAY AWAY!!!

Dan at our dealership reached out to you after your conversations with Amy to see what he could do for you and your situation, not because of the negative reviews you left on DealerRater and Yelp. We are more than happy to provide you with an accurate appraisal for both of the vehicles you would like to trade-in but as Amy mentioned, you would need to have your vehicle(s) towed or brought to our dealership for appraisals before we agree to a trade-in value for either of your vehicles. It would be irresponsible of any dealership to provide you with an agreed-upon value for your trade-in vehicles without a full in-person appraisal process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to have your vehicles appraised in-person by our dealership, please let us know and we would be happy to help you with your vehicles. Again, this is incorrect. When Dan called, he attempted to reprimand for giving him a bad review. He wouldn’t allow me to speak and continued to talk over me.
