Happy and pleased with your sales person, Julie Febonio, she was knowledgeable and patiently explained the benefits of a hybrid and the features on the Honda Insight. Making my appt was easy. Assistant service manager, Robert Batista, explained in good detail what my car may need. He listened to my concerns and decisions were made. I will never buy from this dealership or from the Kelly group ever again. If I could cancel my purchase and get my money back I would. I only purchased from here because they happened to have the exact car group ever again. If I could cancel my purchase and get my money back I would. I only purchased from here because they happened to have the exact car I was looking for and inventory has been a problem because of the pandemic. Other dealerships have great pandemic shopping conveniences. This company does not. They don't offer car delivery. You have to go to the dealership to sign paperwork. It's 2020 and I had to sign a carbon-copy contract. The location of this dealership is incredibly inconvenient. I'm only able to get there on the weekends which happens to be when cars are not registered. It's been a week since I've signed the contract and I still do not have my car because it is still not registered. So now I gotta wait another week to pick it up. There are no words to describe how upset I am. More
