This is the 4th Honda I've leased from this dealership and will continue to be a customer into the future. Alfredo Pimentel is the best - courteous, efficient, effective, answers all my questions and work and will continue to be a customer into the future. Alfredo Pimentel is the best - courteous, efficient, effective, answers all my questions and works with me to get the best deals. Samantha Montanez in Finance answered all my questions about Safe Lease and finances. I was in and out in about 2 hours! When I came back a few days later for my Registration and Inspection, Jeff Rumson and the folks in the service department were great and efficient as usual and are top rated in my book. Overall, Kelly Honda is my dealer of choice and I will continue to do business there! More

Poor maintenance performance! I purchased 2 CRVs at Kelly Honda and I have never had anyone else service either vehicle. I’m sick and tired of such poor service! My car is always dirty although Kelly promises to vacuum the front seating areas. My last visit they actually removed my rear wiper and never replaced it! More
