My experience at Kelly Honda was one of the most favorable car experiences I have ever had. I never expected to drive in with my old truck and drive out with a beautiful new Honda Pilot. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns regarding purchasing versus leasing a new vehicle and as a result I was able to drive away with my new truck. I dealt with Walter and he was awesome! You could tell that he was very aware of making the most of time which is important to my husband and I since we had our two year old with us for one of the visits that he was very aware of making the most of time which is important to my husband and I since we had our two year old with us for one of the visits to the Honda dealership. Walter was extremely efficient, hard working, and friendly. Eric was also there to make are if we had any questions they were answered. Everyone at the Honda dealership on the Lynnway were so friendly everytime we went in and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there for their next car..we had a great experience! More

I just shopped a new odyssey, and Kelly sent me the actual selling price quote by email. They made it very easy to purchase a new vehicle. Other dealers including Herb Chambers and Honda gallery gave actual selling price quote by email. They made it very easy to purchase a new vehicle. Other dealers including Herb Chambers and Honda gallery gave me ridiculous price quotes at first. After giving $500 reduced quote from MSRP, they were checking if I have purchased the van or not which I have already picked up my van from Kelly Honda. Kelly did a great job and they earned my business. I am sure they will again and again. More

My experience with Kelly Honda went from good to absolutely horrendous. I was informed there were no light blue or green CRVs in the Northeast Territory due to the tsuanmi (which was a lie). I w absolutely horrendous. I was informed there were no light blue or green CRVs in the Northeast Territory due to the tsuanmi (which was a lie). I went on-line and found 3 blue and 1 green in NH; and there are also several blue CRVs in Norwood. Eddie called on three different occassions to tell me they located the CRV. When I called him to find out the details, he refused to return my phone calls. More

I have owned Honda product continuously since 1967. Bikes, cars[AN600 sedan]and more! Lawn mowers, snow blowers [just retired my HS55 snow blower ..22 years!]and purchased a new one! I think they make the best products on earth. I will continue to promote Honda products. The slogan "everyone knows someone who loves a Honda" I have been in love with a Honda more than 20 times so far! And by the way I have purchased cars from Kelly's since 1974 ... I was thrilled when Brian picked up the Honda line of cars. Great family, great dealerships ... I'll be back!
