As I entered the dealership, primarily out of curiosity, I was greeted by Rachel Wilson. She was friendly and unassuming, which made me feel comfortable. She approached me with her pleasant demeanor and very low keyed manner. Rachel impressed me with her knowledge, efficiently reviewing the new changes in the 2012 Honda CRV. She convinced me to test drive the car, and the rest is history. The negotiations between Rachel, Sergei, and myself proceeded effortlessly. When it came time to pick up the car, I was pleased with the manner in which all the necessary transactions were completed. Dealerships, in general, can be a very frustrating experience. My Sale went smooth, I went to see Walter but he was gone for the day so I spoke to Aaron and he took me for a drive.
