Had been working with Jonathan for a few weeks on trying to get a new deal. Deal didn't happen but nothing but a positive experience with Jonathan. He was informative, help and welcoming. Mr. Bousbaa is a General Manager at Kelly Honda, and his professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. His attitude towards his work was on an entirely different level from the service department team. The manner in which he handled my complain must be commended. He offered an apology and a reimbursement for my time and inconvenience. I hope that people in a service department will learn that great service makes customers feel that this business cares about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. With the help of the professionals at Kelly Honda, I was able to purchase a new Honda Pilot with the support and assistance of several team members and my experience was everything I could ask for. The General Manager, Said Bousbaa welcomed me to the showroom and made sure I had all my questions answered with patience and professionalism. Mr. Bousbaa provided me with all the time I needed to make the right decisions for me and my family. Even after many requests and questions, I was well received and everything I needed to know was explained to me in a calm and helpful way. Mr. Bousbaa directed me to other team members including Eber, the Service Manager who carefully explained how to care for my new vehicle and described how regular maintenance will keep my car running smoothly. I love my new Honda Pilot and Eber shared his knowledge of how to operate and care for this incredible vehicle. I was treated like family by Eber and the other staff and now know what a great experience car buying can be at Kelly Honda. Thank you !!!! More
