Chad went out of his way to answer all of our questions without trying to make a hard sale up front. He also took additional pictures of the vehicle we thought might have the features we were looking for and then sent them to us to ensure we were comfortable knowing everything about the vehicle. We were honest that the vehicle wasn't exactly what we were looking for feature-wise. He thanked us for taking the time to work with him and said if there was ever any way he could be of help in the future to please let him know. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. No pressure just a great conversation and all my questions where answered. I decided on purchasing a 2012 Honda Accord and feel like a I got a great deal. The difference between how Derek treated me and how they treated me at Honda / Boston was night and day. Fred helped me with the financing, and the process was seamless. David was very patient walking through every inch of my new car. He helped me set up my blue tooth on my iphone, and I joked with David that I would have bought the car for that option alone after trading in my 2000 Acura! Very excited to have my new car, and I will make sure that I tell people about the experience I had at Kelly Honda. More
