We decided to lease a Honda Accord and we were extremely pleased with the entire process. Julie was friendly and very personable. My husband and I were very satisfied with the lease agreement. We wanted a white Accord and Julie handled everything for us and the car was delivered within the time frame she said it would be. When my husband went to pick up the car, Julie went over the whole car with him and if we had any more questions we could call her. Julie was exceptional and hopefully she will be there to help us in three years when our lease is up. I would highly recommend Kelly Honda to others and ask for Julie. . More
I was thrilled with my experience with you but with Kelly Honda, not so much. They should have offered me more for my 2007 trade in. I'm just happy that I had the (2007 Honda purchase) incentive offer to get $800 off on a new car though. My 2007 Honda Civic EX only had 15,410 miles on it for Pete's sake. One "little old lady" owner! This 2013 Honda Civic EX will be the last car I purchase through Kelly Honda. Yes, I will take advantage of the coupon book and have my service done at your service department and take an advantage on a promise from Chris Carruso to have my car detailed, but when it comes time for a trade in I will be going to a different dealership. And, I probably won't wait 7 years either. I almost forgot... I love the remote starter! I can leave Jack in A/C while I run into the grocery store. I wish Kelly Honda had offered to install it for free or for one of the other new car amenities. More

Although the dealership was quite busy the Sunday afternoon we stopped in, Joe came over to help us while the sales people were busy. We have owned Hondas for many years and were interested in buyin afternoon we stopped in, Joe came over to help us while the sales people were busy. We have owned Hondas for many years and were interested in buying not looking. By the time we left he had been able to give us quotes on the two cars we were interested in. After speaking to him the next day and agreeing to terms he put us in touch with Julie who was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We worked with her thereafter, and she always returned our calls and answered all our questions timely. We worked with Fred on the financial side and he was quick and informative. In all, a very good experience. More
I worked out a deal on a car, and signed some paperwork which I was not given a copy of. I was told I would get a copy when I picked up the car. When they located my car, they set up a time for me to pick which I was not given a copy of. I was told I would get a copy when I picked up the car. When they located my car, they set up a time for me to pick it up. When I went there I was asked to go and finished signing my paperwork. I asked to see the car they found for me as I never seen it and didn't want to sign the final paperwork without seeing and driving the car. When they brought me to the car, it was not the car I asked for. I worked out a deal for a Honda Civic with black leather interior, what they tried to sell me was a silver cloth interior car. I worked out a price for the car and my trade in for a leather interior model. After seeing the car we went back to find the right car, I was told it would cost another $1,000 for leather, Which I already worked out a deal for a leather one. Then they said they could not find one in leather, they could redo the car they found and replace the interior with a aftermarket leather for a extra cost of $800. I was not happy at all, I believe they knew there was no car out there with black leather and tried to switch my deal with a silver cloth one. Then to save face told me I needed to pay another $1,00 for a leather model, after feeling like I was baited and switched I agreed to pay more for the car I wanted. Only to be told they can't find one and to let they switch the interior on the one they had for me. I ended up walking away and I would not seen anyone I know there EVER. More

I went to Kelly Honda with a guaranteed savings certificate from Pentagon Federal Credit Union, and they quickly accepted it without any problems. I also had to wait for some paperwork to go through with PedFed before I received my financing, and Jeremy and Fred were very patient and helpful during this process. Since I bought the car, Jeremy has called to check in with me to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase.
