I had decided on a used Honda CRV a long time ago and had done the necessary research. I have purchased two other vehicles from Kelly Honda and was very satisfied and this was no exception. I met Jeremy at the door and he was immediately very welcoming and friendly . He patiently listened to the reasons I wanted the CRV and gave me thorough and knowledgeable answers to my questions . We went on a 90 minute test drive and I was not rushed and every question I had was answered. We negotiated a price and a trade in and I was very pleased with the price. The only glitch was a clerical error on the transfer of plates from my trade in instead of new plates but it worked out fine. As well as being very professional, Jeremy has a pleasant easy going personality. and is asset to Kelly Honda. Coincidently I have recommended Jeremy to my sister who is looking for a new Honda More

When it took a day longer than he predicted and I was a little concerned, he checked the tracking and called me as soon as it arrived and set up an appointment to pick up the car. I went into Kelly Honda on a Saturday morning in hopes of leasing a new Civic. After meeting with Mike and discussing numbers, I left the dealership in a brand new car!
