I bought my 1st car from them in June and reached back out to them online to see some new stock. John Moore was amazing at giving me options and setting up a time for me to come back to the dealership shortly after reaching out so I could get a good deal. The service I received from Eddy Mejia and Ron Avelar was so amazing, no pressure to purchase, and they provided such great customer service once I purchased the vehicle. Ed showed multiple cars based on the various options I was looking for and I feel I made the perfect decision in the end and am very happy with my new car. Ron made the financing experience so smooth and I feel I got a great deal for my car. More

Even thought they didn't have the color I wanted they got it in 3 days flat and it was exactly at the price I asked to pay. Julie is my go to saleswomen and there is a reason why she does the best there, she understands your wants and needs and gets it done. Can't ask for more than that. More

This was our second car lease with her (within only 6 weeks, we liked her so much we came back again) and unlike some other car salespeople, she made us feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire experience. Since this was our first lease experience, we spent a lot of time in the dealership test driving and deciding, and never once did Julie make us feel rushed or unwelcomed. She is professional and very knowledgeable in what she does. We would absolutely recommend Julie and look forward to working with her again in the future. When we picked up the car, we also worked with Brandon Amodeo and Ryn Benson who were both incredibly helpful and attentive. Our overall experience with the staff at Kelly Honda was pleasant, friendly and welcoming. More

Seemed occupied. Like he didn't want to be there. He knew about his cars which was nice but like i said a little too flirty. I didn't feel comfortable with him for a long time so I decided not to get the car. He obviously wasn't happy but I mean maybe if he didn't make me feel like he was checking me out the whole time i would have been more comfortable. Sorry but true. More
Bad experience I went in a little over a year ago and purchased a car with them and everything went good they made everything as easy as possible since it was my fir I went in a little over a year ago and purchased a car with them and everything went good they made everything as easy as possible since it was my first time buying a new car. A year later I realized I wanted to upgrade my car so I decided to go back to the people that sold me the car to begin with figuring that they might be able to help me and were the closest dealership. But I was wrong I was going back and forth in emails with one of the sales rep and was promised a price. I told her I did not wana go in unless it was guaranteed that I would be paying that amount, she emailed me back and said that that manager approved it and all I had to do was go down. I called to make sure once again that's what my payment would be and was told the same thing. I got really happy that I was going to be able to upgrade my accord but once I got in they told me that it isn't possible that I will be paying a lot more for the car and a lot more a month. If that was the case why was I told at least THREE times what my payments would be and what the total of the car was and why would the manager approve it an then change his mind? Although I was happy I bought my first car for a good price there I will not buy another car there and I will definitely not recommend any of friends or family there. Next time please keep your word of what you say and not change it when someone goes in. More
