Very hard to book or speak to anyone in service drpt. Tried booking online but was unable to. Called a few times before I actually got to speak to someone. When I called and asked if I needed service for 30k miles (as per website) I was told no you don’t need that. When I got to my appt, I was told they I needed service for 30k miles. Now I have to book another appt for this service. If I had k own when I booked oil change, I would have made accommodations to leave my car. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, I went to cashier to ask for an update on my car. She told me she didn’t know and sent me to service bay yo ask the person who took my Keyes for an update. Is it really safe to send customers out where cars are pulling in for service? Shouldn’t the cashiers be able to get an update on customers cars? Shouldn’t the people who answer the phones to book appt be able to answer basic question about needed services? Even when I call and am forced to leave a number for a call back I always have to call back because I never hear from anyone. Does it need to be this difficult to book an appointment for an oil change? More
The worst service of all, from the top down, no one is there to help which is appalling, especially with a lease. I have been lied to by your service personnel and worse of all the manager and when presse there to help which is appalling, especially with a lease. I have been lied to by your service personnel and worse of all the manager and when pressed for more answers or solutions that same manager just says let me call you back and never does. I had to take my car to another Honda location which confirmed that my part for my leased car was UNDER WARRANTY and it was Honda's responsibility to complete repairs. This is the latest example of the deplorable customer service I have experienced from Kelly Honda in Lynn. This is on top of the bad attitude from staff, being charged more than what was quoted and communicated, and being charged for services that were covered under the plan when buying a car. My recommendation to anyone is DO NOT BUY OR LEASE a car from Kelly Honda they will sell you a dream that is all they care about. More

I reecently had my 2021 CRV serviced. This is my 4th car that I have purchased at Kelly. My experience was quite upsetting with the employee whom was dealing with me. Cody made the car buying process swift and easy. I was hesitant to come in as other dealerships in that past have made the car buying experience anything but pleasant.
