I was very disappointed in the all around customer service. I will NEVER shop there again. As a car buying experience it should be joyful and it was more than aggravating. It started with me coming service. I will NEVER shop there again. As a car buying experience it should be joyful and it was more than aggravating. It started with me coming in after calling in myself (salesman did not sale me the car, I sold me the car) for a salesman to have everything ready to show me numbers, options, info pertaining to the Kia K5 and since I work nights, i wanted to check facts and make my decision BUT… . He didn’t have one piece of paper about the car ready for me, he didn’t even want me look at it. I had to ask for the windshield paperwork at least two times. And I felt as if I was robbing a bank of their personal information. The MSRP on the car was only 29,000 and some change I told him I already had my bank that approved me but they wanted to run my credit anyway. I did not want this to happen because when you’re buying a car you have many people run your credit and it lowers your score. He said oh don’t worry will only do it once but they did it three times. They even got a credit report from the other vehicle I bought in 2016. I wasn’t buying a car from Hyundai…. So why in the xxxx would they run it with them among the other two. And they want you to buy the car right then sign the paperwork right then and you don’t even have the car in front of you to see “because I would then be assured it was “MY CAR” My 2 biggest issues were the fact I wanted a great stereo system and tinted windows. Of course I didn’t have it neither. I asked mgmt about the window tint to be lied to and just told what they thought I wanted to hear and said “yes we can do that for you, not a big deal” WELL IT WAS TO ME. I had to take care of my own window tint and why would I bother asking about the radio. I felt like the time I was in the office finalizing paperwork, Luis was aggravated that I wanted a copy of my own xxxx paperwork. So why in the xxxx would they run it with them among the other two. And they want you to buy the car right then sign the paperwork right then and you Haven’t even seen the xxxx car. I was desperate because my other car had broken down. And this situation would’ve never happen to had that not been the case. I had to ask for the windshield paperwork at least two times. The MSRP on the car was only 29,900 (but I am going to end up paying $510000 when it’s all saints said automatically added insurance I didn’t request they automatically assumed on one of the packages I w which feature I would prefer never even asked me. I felt like Luis was in a rush to get me out of his office I was just his headache asking a bunch of questions. I felt like I was being taken advantage of or dealing with something/ someone crooked and trying to get over on me. A message to salesman shortly after I left the dealership to ask about the tint never to receive a reply ever. The only day he called me was the day my car came in. Then he had to keep my car all day so they could clean the brand new car. I was beyond pissed so at 2 PM I finally went and got it and refused to wait any longer. They wanted me to sign the paperwork before the car came in stating how many miles it had and that I had received the vehicle and was leaving with my new car. All of which was false. I question that numerous times of why would I sign it when I haven’t seen it and I don’t have the car only to get the answer of “this way you ensure it’s your car!!! This is your car” I told him I wasn’t comfortable for them to proceed to say that if I didn’t sign the paperwork that day they would have to run my credit again the following day because it was a new month. Anyway they didn’t ever fulfill anything I asked about then I was offered a free tank of gas if I gave him a good review. I thought long and hard about this review. The more the more I think about it it was a disgusting experience and I wouldn’t recommend Kelly Grimsley to anyone. I was lied to felt like I was asking for too much on my own xxxxxxx paperwork. I just had to call yesterday about my extra packages. Oh by the way the pre-maintenance is a scam don’t do it. So I’m paying 51,000+ for a car that’s worth 30 to go through good old Kelly Grimsley. I would rather puke in my mouth next time. More
Indria and Mr Grimsley bent over backwards to help get my wife and I a suitable vehicle when things fell apart on not just one but both of our other vehicles within a week of each other. If not for them we w wife and I a suitable vehicle when things fell apart on not just one but both of our other vehicles within a week of each other. If not for them we would still be trying to figure out how to get us and our babies where we need to be, thank yall so much for your quick work and more importantly your caring of our family to help get us where we're going.
