Now we know this isn't exactly what happened. You were asked about replacing your spark plugs, you agreed to pay for the hoses, and we even negotiated for the vehicle to be delivered to you in Tucson, Arizona from Odessa, Texas at KIA's expense. Where did we go wrong. Obviously, we have everything documented to substantiate our case.

First, we were never asked about the spark plugs. Yes, we agreed to have the hoses replaced at the recommendation of your dealership. We were in Dallas, TX by this time, so we really didn't know the conditions of the hoses. Third, when working with Corporate KIA on getting back our vehicle when it was done, I was told it would be at least a week before it "might" be approved to have the vehicle shipped and then we would have to wait for a Car Carrier to go through Odessa, TX to Tucson, AZ. This process could take over a month or more - if shipping the car was approved. We decided to drive our rent-a-car to Odessa, pick up our car and drive back to Tucson. We still have not heard from Corporate KIA if any of our extra expenses will be paid for.
