For the most part, the experience was acceptable, but I did have a few concerns. First, the van wasn't very clean. There was a clump of something on one of the floor mats that easily crumbled off when I did have a few concerns. First, the van wasn't very clean. There was also garbage still in the van even after they washed it when I made the purchase. Furthermore, the day after the purchase, we got in the van and it wouldn't start. After checking under the hood, I found that the positive battery cable had come loose from the battery. I also noticed that there was a penny between the connecter and terminal that appeared to be in use as a shim. Also, we waited for over an hour to take care of the financing portion of the deal. We were sitting in a lobby, doing nothing while we waited. Basically, our salesman dropped us off and didn't check on us again until we went to retrieve the van. Finally, the salesman wasn't prepared to attach the temporary plates to the vehicle, so we had to do that ourselves the next day. Individually, these things aren't a huge deal (after tightenting the positive battery cable, everything is working properly), but to me it indicates a lack of attention to detail and an apathy about the customer experience.
