It was needing service work and recalls performed on my vehicle so I attempted to schedule an appointment but never received a call back. I sent an email and used the section on the website in regards to s vehicle so I attempted to schedule an appointment but never received a call back. I sent an email and used the section on the website in regards to service work but no response. I ended up just taking the vehicle in without one. They did get to the vehicle right then and back it back to me within several hours. When I dropped it off I reminded them that I was still owed the detail from the initial purchase. The service advisor told me they would take care of it. When I received the call that it was ready I asked if all work was done including the detail and he said he forgot and would take it to get done. I arrived for the vehicle and paid. When I went to look at the vehicle it was quite clear that the exterior of the car was only rinsed off, no detail and certainly nothing done on the interior. It still even has some of the stickers/tags from the factory still on it. Very disappointing. I did not have any issues with the friendliness of the advisor nor the quality of mechanical work performed. More

My customer service was great up until I left the lot. A part that goes underneath my vehicle was left out and placed in my backseat. It is not small.
