I was having problems with my 2013 Ford Explorer not recognizing my ignition key. I had my new battery tested at an advance auto store and was told that the battery was dead. I took the battery back to recognizing my ignition key. I had my new battery tested at an advance auto store and was told that the battery was dead. I took the battery back to Kelly Ford for replacement. My Service Rep. Mr Frank Perez recommended a full charge for the battery. When I got the battery back home and installed, the key problem went away. The frustration and inconvenience left also. Mr. Perez should be commended for his knowledge and professionalism.
