First time having service at a dealership, was always worried about being pressured in buying a new vehicle or high repair prices. I had an ABS light on in my car and he told me how it could affect my vehicle if I drove with it on. I told him I was worried not having money to fix it right away, he offered to check the code and see if it was serious. Needless to say that made me feel that I was truly being taken care of as a customer and not just for $. Defiantly earned my business for life! More
