I went to Kelly Ford to get my oil changed on my F150 and Tiger Trainer was the advisor that helped me. He opened my door for me and greeted me. He wrote me up for the servicing on my truck and gave me a time frame of completion then escorted me to the waiting area. He informed me of a few other service I was in need of. He recommended since I was there I should go ahead and take care of them to properly maintain my truck so I told him to go ahead and take care of them for me. He was very refreshing to do business with. He added his sense of humor which made things a lot more casual. The price wasn't too terribly bad. Everything was clean. Especially the restrooms. The overall experience was great. I look forward to hopefully having the same experience on my next visit. More

I went in for a/c service. Originally, i was worried that this would be a very expensive service. But from the first time i made the appt. with Tiger i felt rest assured. While he offered other services that this would be a very expensive service. But from the first time i made the appt. with Tiger i felt rest assured. While he offered other services that i qualified for, i never felt pressured or that what he was offering was unnecessary. He even worked with me as my initial appt. had to be rescheduled and i was never kept waiting. A good price and experience overall. Would definitely recommend/use again More
On a whim I traded in my 95 Mustang 5.0 HP car for the 2006 Ford Fusion that I was drawn to on Kelly Fords Used Car Lot. I have not bought a car from a dealer in many years and having several car salesman in my family of past everyone thought I had lost my mind. Let me say this was the best decision I have ever made! Since the deal was a fast quick cash transaction I did not take the car to have it checked out like I usually do so you can imagine my dismay when the A/C would not cool down after a couple of weeks of use and the back passenger door lock froze up. Kelly Ford paired me and my Fusion with Tiger Trainer, Kelly Fords Asst. Service Manager. Not only did Tiger locate the problem and get my car fixed in a speedy manner he also took the time to make sure the car was detailed properly since it was not done the day I made the cash deal with sales. I picked up my car after Ford kindly shuttled me too and from and can truly state that I would recommend Tiger at Kelly Ford for any of your service needs. I did not buy a new car yet have received nothing less of excellent customer service from the initial purchase from sales to my service experience. During the extended warranty period on my Fusion it is extremely satisfying to know that I can count on Tiger to fix it right and with a smile including following up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied. I am a widow and for the first time in my life have no one that can fix my vehicle or give me advice when I need to repair my car. As a home health aid I rely on my car to carry my patients around town. Per my service visit on 3-13-13 I want to share my experience I had at Kelly Ford. I noticed my 2012 F-150 had a defective battery. I drove to Kelly Ford the next morning after vehicle was hard to sta experience I had at Kelly Ford. I noticed my 2012 F-150 had a defective battery. I drove to Kelly Ford the next morning after vehicle was hard to start and all lights were flashing with a ticking noise. Service Advisor Anthony D Trainer waited on me promptly. He was very courteous to me. I addressed the problem to him and he took down the information. I was completely satisfied with the overall experience I had on this visit. I requested a vehicle wash and he said no problem. Vehicle was very clean. He shook my hand when everything was completed. Before I left I stopped to see Mr Bobby Brown who is the Service/Parts Director at Kelly Ford. I expressed my gratitude on this and the past visits for service and oil changes. He was so very kind. I was told by another customer how Kelly ford goes above and beyond their call of duty to please customers. I can attest to this from my experiences I had. Service and Sales deserve to be five star rated and more than that if possible.
