LOF + TIRE ROTATION SERVICE I was overdue for an oil change and on vacation in Satellite Beach; so I googled the closest Ford dealer and found Kelly to be the closest. I went into the dealer without an appointment and drove right up to the service desk where Lori greeted me and took my information; she suggested a All points inspection and tire rotation also. I am not sure what the price difference is; because they DO NOT have the prices clearly visible at the service desk like my dealer back in St. Cloud, FL, has on the wall. My F-150 was moved right into the service area for the oil change. I think it took about 45 minutes, I am not sure because I was in a fantastic conversation with Terry Longmore (customer satisfaction mgr) about global logistics and how the US has moved from a manufacturing country to a service country; and if companies do not improve customer service, then customers will seek out others who will provide that service..(hint hint). Well after the oil change, Lori handled the "check-out". I told her I was a Ford Owner Advantage Club Member; but there wasn't any information on the Ford Database. I told her that was not logical since I had a membership since I owned my 2009 Ford. What is the sense of having an "Advantage" membership when obviously it did not provide any advantage to me. I even showed her my documentation from my dealership (Kisselback Ford) where I was enrolled in the 5 LOF program and this one was for free. Lori tried her best to track down my information, to no avail. But, she offered to use the $10 off Ford coupon to lower my $48 LOF + TR to $38. I thought the price was above the average for our area, because PeP Boys offer the same for $19.99. For the most part, I was somewhat pleased that Lori tried to assist me and then offered the price reduction. I will definitely use Kelly Ford again if Ford has my Owner Advantage information and if I have coupons to lower the price! More
Service Center I would NOT recommend this dealership at all. We had diagnostic service done on our FordF150 since it was running a little rough, and as it turns out I would NOT recommend this dealership at all. We had diagnostic service done on our FordF150 since it was running a little rough, and as it turns out new parts that were just replaced were taken out by a mechanic here while diagnosing why the truck was running rough. They removed new parts and put in old ones and since they were just put in we still had the receipts. We will be seeing legal action if they do not remedy this situation. The staff was also very unprofessional. Lori was our service manager and she was not knowledgable in the field at all. Poor, Poor, SERVICE! More

I am a completely satisfied customer and don't have any doubts about the performance of my vehicle. It really gives me peace of mind knowing that I am in good hands with Kelly Ford Service. Finally! A dealer that knows how to service a Fusion Hybrid Took my Fusion Hybrid in for an issue that had been check previously by another dealer. The inverter coolant reservoir was leaking at the cap. The other dealer wanted to change the cap. Kelly's actually diagnosed the issue as the reservoir being overfilled. The only people that had serviced my vehicle was the other dealer. Kelly's removed some of the fluid, pressure check the system and found the cap did not need to be replaced. Additional, I asked them to turn on my daytime running light, which the other dealer said could not be done. The tech did it with no issues or problems. Overall, a great experience. I now have a new dealer to service all my Fords. More

They are very professional and also treat customers with respect and high regard. I have only heard all good things about this dealership. After taking my car in for service at another dealership, and being told twice that nothing was wrong with my vehicle, I contacted Kelly Ford in Melbourne, FL. Tiger, in their service dept., actually listen and being told twice that nothing was wrong with my vehicle, I contacted Kelly Ford in Melbourne, FL. Tiger, in their service dept., actually listened to the issues I was having with my 2011 vehicle and it was left for service. I felt the "other" service dept. was only trying to sell me an extended warranty as mine was about to expire. I was treated totally the opposite at Kelly Ford. I was heard and I was shown respect. My vehicle had to have major repair work done on it, a two week job, but at no point was I left out of the loop of it's progress. Tiger and staff kept in contact with me and explained everything that was being done throughout the two weeks. Tiger even worked it out so that I was put into a rental for the entire time I was without my vehicle. I am very happy with Kelly Ford and their service dept., and especially happy with the attitude Tiger has towards his work and with his customers. I've had a great experience with Kelly Ford and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, for anything; a new car, service, etc. Thanks Kelly Ford Service Dept., I feel as if I am driving a brand new vehicle again! Jesse was a nice guy but not knowledgeable in his job or just trying to make money. 1) Told me rotors needed turned and it would cost me $149, Brand new rotors cost $100 for 2 why would i pay to resurface for $149, then tries to argue with me about how much new ones cost when i looked up on ford site and "other places". They said they would match a local company's pricing but when i told them they charge $50 to resurface he said OOO NOOO we cant do that " I don't have that much wiggle room" I HATE THAT Saying seriously pick something else to say. Didn't even bother asking a manager UNTIL i explained to him in detail brand new is cheaper than resurfacing THEN i told him I did not understand why you are not asking a manager to price match or anything WHY am I having to tell you how to do your job. 2) tells me needs brakes, SOOO New brakes with resurfacing is at ford cost $169.... hmm tell me how that makes sense with the compare of number 1 i mention. I asked him to match the another local place pricing that was having same work for $99 ( w/o asking a manager) he tells me NO we cant, then tells me "we put motorcraft brakes on" FORD brakes are no better than the ones another local company was going to put on, the other company's brakes cost $60 if bought from another store and motorcraft was $5 less. SOOO there is NO plus to put Motorcraft brakes on (my opinion)!! Like him telling me your putting motorcraft on was suppose to be a plus, well hate to tell you for a person that works on cars it is NOT a plus especially working with parts and having experience with all brands. I was soooo mad with the customer service I told him to just forget about everything. SOOO since I do my own brakes and work I went home to change my own brakes as I always do and GUESS WHAT!!! My brake pads had 95% left on them. Please tell me "101 mechanics" how 95% indicates I need new brakes. Rather than asking me how long ago did I put my brakes on they just said I needed new... WELL since I knew I bought them a year ago there was something wrong with the brake pad itself. They looked brand new and FORD service dept didn't know if I changed them last week or a year ago "because they NEVER ASKED ME" VERY disappointed in them not asking questions and just trying to scam money out of someone. If they had asked me I would have said about a year ago and then they should go..... Well I think something is wrong with your brake pads because they are about 95% left BUT since I don't even think they looked how would they have known to ask me. I would have said ooo wow that isn't good OK resurface them for me for $99 and I will do my brakes myself BUT NOOOO since I am thinking no one even cared to look at the issue or ask questions. KELLY FORD has lost another customer not only to the service dept but to buying a car there as well. I work for a HUGE company in the area and I will be telling everyone to go somewhere else like local mechanics that are honest with good pricing. This is another great reason why people should stick with small business owners and not franchises like Kelly Ford. Hey Kelly if you want more business get your prices down with the economy pricing. Again the service dept needs to rethink their prizing plan and to maybe 100% match another company's pricing that is in the area rather than telling the customer they can price match but not for the full amount ( WHICH is not matching). I will not have any servicing done at Kelly ford even my oil changes will be done somewhere else now. And I will might only be going here for my warranty stuff "MAYBE"... Or I will just take it somewhere else for my warranty services. More
