Service departments can be a very busy place, but Judy always exceeds my expectations, making my experience a pleasure. Her experience, friendlessness and professionalism are why I always come back to Kelly Ford every time. I would definitely recommend this dealership not only for the huge selection of Fords, but for the awesome service department with people like Judy. Poor Customer Service Patronizing Service Consultants The only time you will get the full attention of any employee at this dealership is when you may be purchasing a car. Expect this to be the end of any good communication out of this dealership. We brought our 2015 Explorer in to be serviced as we were having a problem with fuses blowing out when I used my Portable Oxygen Concentrator in the car. Bear in mind that this very same concentrator was used in our previous explorer as well as our sport trac with absolutely no problems. It has also been used in cars driven by friends....again with no problem. We were greeted at check in by Fred Sicilia (Asst Service Manager) who I felt was impatient and condescending. He called later in the day to say that the issue was the DC adapter we were using. Again this adapter has been used in numerous other vehicles with absolutely no problem. The cost to repair $220.00. I feel that this was a very subjective call on his part as well as self serving. In addition to not being covering under warranty it was not covered under the additional protection we had purchased for almost $400.00. I tried to speak with a manager but just got the run a round. If this car was not a lease it would be turned in and we would head to Toyota or Honda although we have always owned Fords. Do your research before heading to this dealership More

Last message, I asked to transfer to the head of sales to give feedback on this as I was looking at trading in to a newer model as well but unhappy over the lack of service. He also never called me back. Last one, called about a recall notice. Scheduler didn't know if they had the parts, so she told me I had to go to their parts dept and explain the recall to them. Then, if they had the part, I was to call the scheduler back to set up a time. Had to leave message for the parts department, they never called me back. Called Paradise Ford the next day. They were very professional, no comparison. Not sure what is happening at Kelly Ford but they are falling apart. Bought through Kelly and had all prior work done through them, giving up on them now though. More

Not friendly what so ever, I felt as if I was a bother when visiting their service center. Yes the service was fast, but because I was misinformed about how long it would take (estimated 2.5 hours) I had gotten a ride home, and by the time I got home they were calling me to come get it. A couple months later I call to see if I had any recalls out for my car, when I called they transferred me to Mary. I am in the service industry so I know that you need my VIN to look up weather I have recalls or not. I ask Mary to take down my VIN and she informed me all she would need is my name and phone number. I get a call back at 5:15PM (over 3 hours later) and she then informs me that she needs my VIN to find out if I had any recalls. I found this to be extremely frustrating. A couple days later, when I finally got the time, I call back to try to schedule a service appointment for my car because of the drivability. I was told that I had an oil change appointment scheduled for that morning at 9:30AM?????? This was about 5 months AFTER my last oil change, and in no way did I schedule that visit. This was not even the date that was on my sticker thats on the windshield. So then I told her that was incorrect and she went to say our goodbyes without even trying to schedule a service appointment for the problem I was having with my vehicle, THE WHOLE REASON I CALLED. It should not take 5+ minutes to schedule a service appointment. Kelly Ford I am pretty disappointed with your service center, and I will not be coming back if I can help it. More
Friendly service writter and great service I switched to this dealership for service after not getting good service from a dealer farther north. Kelly handled a recall on my 2013 Fusion Hybrid quickly and professionally. Additionally, the took care a problem with the automatic A/C controls at the same time. I have since taken my 2006 F-150 to them for oil change, fast service while I waited. My 2009 Focus went to them for a driver side door latch issue, fixed quickly and correctly. My Fusion recently had the paint bubble on the hood. Kelly repainted the hood, again it was done quickly and professionally. The service department has done well. There were a few glitches with the Body Shop when they first inspected the hood, There was no one there when I went in, but it turns out I was there a little early. I hope they keep up their standards. Thanks again Judy! More
First visit, last visit. Made an appointment for my car to have its first oil change. Showed up to service center, and there was no record of my appointment. Service took close to four hours for an oil/filter change, inspect a squeaky seat and inspect a clunky shift linkage. After several 'sorry to keep you waiting's I'm finally taken back to talk to a tech about the seat. I was told they would order parts, and get back to me. Never got back to me. Shift linkage was 'normal operation'... so I waited four hours for an oil change. Never got any paperwork after my visit... was just told 'to go'. Over a month later, and still no word about my seat repair. Customer Service Manager e-mailed my wife once (why? no idea) never returned my reply. Totally left hangin'. What a warm fuzzy feeling. Not my first issue with Kelly Ford, but my first experience with the Service Dept. made it my last. Why 2 Stars? Because my car didn't come out any worse than it went in, and the Service Reps were very personable. More
Horrible customer service I purchased my new Ford Taurus from this dealership in Late 2013. In 2014 we started experiencing a clicking noise in the front end while turning. The first time we brought the vehicle in they told us that Ford had released a technical service bulletin for the issue and that all they would have to do is replace the washers in the steering to correct the issue. Well soon after picking the vehicle up from the dealership the noise was back. We brought it back in and the dealership advised that they really could not hear the noise but were going to replace the axle anyway as they felt this would solve the problem. They were wrong again. I brought the vehicle back into the dealership two more times with the same concern and they kept telling me that now they cannot hear it. I then scheduled an appointment for their shop foreman Paul to ride with me to hear the issue. I came in on the day we scheduled and waited for 30 minutes in the service drive for guy from the dealer to open my door and sit down not saying a word. I assumed he was the guy taking a ride with me and he said, "Yup, I don't work on cars anymore." As soon as we pull out of the drive the noise occurred. Paul, the "shop foreman," stated, "well we need it to happen more than once." We continued on our drive. We turned down a street and the noise happened again. This time he states, "well sometimes its hard to find a problem when it only does it twice." Once again we continued. The vehicle would click every time I turned and he started naming issues that could be wrong with the vehicle. We went back to the dealership were he then told the adviser working with me to schedule me in for a week away. Irritated by how I had been treated by a dealership that I purchased my car from, i decided to get a second opinion. I brought the vehicle to Palm Bay Ford which is actually 10-15 miles closer to me. I advised them of what the vehicle was doing, showing the service adviser one time the noise it made and he agreed there was an issue and would take care of it. Less than 24 hours later he gives me a call and sends a picture to my phone. The picture was of a bungee cord wrapped around my strut tower with the ends hanging on to different pieces of the car. He advised me they took the vehicle out for a drive, heard the noise, removed the bungee and the noise went away. How can this happen? I understand people make mistakes but for 6 months I had been complaining about a noise and they turned me away saying the here and see nothing. How would a dealership who claims they just rotated my tires have not seen this? Pathetic. Never use this dealership. More
Service visit I went in for an oil change and tire rotation recently. I also had to get other services since I reached 30,000 miles on my vehicle. I felt very comfortable and assured that my F150 would be running at top performance after all my services were completed. It always has in the past. I must say Fred Sicilia was very nice to me and made me feel very confident and trustworthy that my service needs would be met. It's also always nice to see My Bobby Brown and talk with him. His professionalism and utmost kindness to me goes above and beyond the call of duty. Sam Nocera More
