This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at Kelly Ford and have been satisfied both times. Another dealership told us they didn't have time to make repairs to our vehicle and said we should consider taking it someplace else. We did and instead of repairs we upgraded. Their loss and Kelly Ford's gain. More

Outstanding service & post sales support My wife and I both have 2013 Fords. From day one, the support we've received for these vehicles is excellent; warranty and otherwise. When I upgraded My wife and I both have 2013 Fords. From day one, the support we've received for these vehicles is excellent; warranty and otherwise. When I upgraded my wheels and tires on my Focus ST, my service writer, Traci, arranged to purchase and install the optional size and composition tires at the lowest cost; beating even on-line stores. When I was cut off by reckless cab driver; sending my ST into a curb, A text to Traci, and the replacement tire was on it's way... On her day off. My wife can take her Escape in for service and it is effected quickly and with no nonsense. When Traci wasn't available, others stepped up. No service department is perfect. But, when a warranty repair on my ST went awry, a quick call to Traci; she was on it. In the blink of an eye, she ordered a tow truck and a rental car immediately: no muss, no fuss; just great service. More

Amazing customer service! The spoiler of my car fell off recently and I was worried about the warranty not covering it. To my surprise they were very helpful when it came to fixing it! Traci called a mechanic within 5 minutes of me pulling up and arranged for me to get my car fixed for free. I'm super happy with the dealership and she's a great employee! More

expired warranty what can i say but wow!!!... Our 2013 black beauty Loaded Limited Explorer had recently passed her 3rd birthday and out off Fords 3yr manufacturers wa what can i say but wow!!!... Our 2013 black beauty Loaded Limited Explorer had recently passed her 3rd birthday and out off Fords 3yr manufacturers warranty. Then out off no where the front off the hood started to blister from corrosion all along the front edge/lip. We went to our local Ford Dealership they submitted a claim but was rejected because we had passed 3yrs. Then we contacted Kelly Ford where we purchased her, (150mls away) Was put in contact with Chalie Algieri-Mccarthy and Amy Mckenkie and all the Bull**** was sweep aside. He said fetch her in to us and we'll check her out. Not only did they care enough about our issue, we got a loaner car and the hood was stripped, blasted and resprayed metallic tuxedo black and looks absolutely amazing. The charge....NOTHING. Because we were only a couple weeks passed our 3yr mark, Charlie said Kelly Ford would take care of the repair/respray for us. What a First class operation/Dealership they are, I highly recommend a visit if your in the market for a car and a honest team to work with...... Belkis and Darren More
Ok but not great I've had some ok experiences at Kelly Ford. Generally, I get the impression that they think I don't know anything about vehicles when I drop mine off I've had some ok experiences at Kelly Ford. Generally, I get the impression that they think I don't know anything about vehicles when I drop mine off for warranty work. Some seem generally interested in what I'm saying but more often than not, I feel like I'm on an assembly line where they spend as little time as possible to get the basic information and then shoo me along. I go there because they're convenient to where I live but I'm going to start going elsewhere. Also, not having a loaner program is a BIG PROBLEM. A shuttle, while better than nothing, leaves no flexibility for those of us who need a vehicle for work or in case one of my children gets sick at daycare or school. More

I purchased my 2010 F-150 from Kelly Ford and have had all my service preformed there.This is my second new F-150 from Kelly Ford . One of the main reasons I continue to return is because of Traci Daily . She is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled at her job. She thoroughly explains all of the work to be preformed beforehand,and keeps me informed of all the progress throuout the process . In addition,she makes sure that I am aware of any recommend maintence procedures and any dealer specials that may be benifecial to me . I consider her to be very important part of my vehicle maintence program and feel that she is an exceptionally valuable asset to the Kelly Ford service team. I have witnessed her interactions with customers and coworkers,and she is allways kind and courteous . She truely is a great employee and a great person. I can not say enough good things about her.
