Oil change I had a poor experience with another dealership in the area. Had my first oil change done by Kelly Ford and they were so friendly. Even with the line so long for oil change i got in pretty quickly and they called me when it was finished. Even washed my car for me. Thank you Kelly Ford. I will be your customer as long as i own a Ford. More
Inital Oil Change I am new to this area and went to Kelly Ford for the first time. They have a great service department and go out of their way to take care of the cus I am new to this area and went to Kelly Ford for the first time. horrible Experience since Day 1 3 years ago I purchased a car, took over two hours and I had to threaten to take my car as I told the finance guy I did not want gap insurance 5 times 3 years ago I purchased a car, took over two hours and I had to threaten to take my car as I told the finance guy I did not want gap insurance 5 times and walked out of the office. Wound dealing with the finance manager and again you want gap insurance? Really? I needed to purchase a car and it was the one I wanted so I suffered through and bought it. I have this in the service department 7 times since then for issues, unfortunately all different ones so can't use lemon law. Latest fiasco, I put it in and told them I needed it back by 1:30pm, they had it for five hours to do 2.5 billable hours of work p, so in reality, maybe 1.5 hours of actual work, I was told the parts were there, I get a call saying the parts won'T be in until the afternoon despite being told twice they were there before dropping it off. Needless to say, missed appointments because I didn't get my car. So it needs to go in yet again and I was told I would have a loaner car and would get a call to arrange it. Got a call, called back after I got t of work, no one there to help me in the service department, too late, no-one can help me tonight he they want me to come in and drop it off again?! Think it will be ready by 1:30? Not chancing it. Besides that I get a call from the sales department wanting to buy my car right after I got it back last time. It took four months after I bought the car to get them to quit calling me, emailing me, basically bugging me. More
Incompetent ninnies I had a simple oil change here. I work during their business hours so the plan was for them to leave my keys locked in my car so that I could pick it I had a simple oil change here. I work during their business hours so the plan was for them to leave my keys locked in my car so that I could pick it up outside normal hours. When I picked up my car they didn't leave my keys. After several phone calls they agreed to mail them to me. A week later, still no keys. I did however get a phone call saying that my car was "ready to pick up." Seeing as I was in my car at the time I told them that they were mistaken. Obviously no communication and they still hadn't mailed my keys. Two more weeks go by and I still didn't have my keys. I called and was transferred several times until finally they said they would call me back. They didn't call me back. Finally I called again and spoke to someone who said that my keys had been returned in the mail. No one had called to inform me of this. It's not that difficult folks. It's been a month. I want my keys. And I want my awesome Harley Quinn key chain back. More
It is truly a coustmer friendly Dealership Just bought my 2014 Ford Edge, had it for three weeks when low tire pressure light came on. I call and made an appointment . Took car in to dealer where they found one of my tires had been patched and that was what was leaking. The sales manager Mr. Charlie McCarthy told them to put a new tire on my car. No hassle no payment . I just want to thank all the people at Kelly's Ford. From my sales person Mark Ross and all the personel thank you on a job will done. I will tell everyone what a great dealership you have. More

It cost $200 extra dollars. The owner’s manual says this should be done every 150,000 miles! My truck only had 49,000 miles on it... After posting this review, I was contacted by Bobby Brown, who apologized for the mishap and refunded me for the improper service that was performed on my truck. I really appreciate the great customer service! More
