I checked on some repair shops in the Viera, FL area and was not happy with the reviews. I decided to go to the local ford dealer. This is my second time using Kelly Ford and have been Very Happy with the results. They are courteous, and the service writer waited on me quickly. They gave me a ride home and when my car was repaired they picked me up and brought me back to the dealership. We are very happy with the results and will use them again. Jack McGoldrick More

After he reviewed my vehicle's leak, he explained in detail the leak problem, the cost and he arranged for a shuttle to take me home and pick me up when the repairs were completed. I am 80 years old and have only driven a Ford vehicle since I passed my Driver's Test [60 years ago]; I want to thank Jeremy for he is more than a Service Advisor; he is a compassionate young man that is representing Kelly Ford and all Ford owners. During this visit, I was extremely impressed with her commitment to customer satisfaction, making quick arrangements with Maria for a loaner car after thoroughly discussing, understanding and documenting my vehicle's issue. Work was done correctly and my vehicle delivered at the time promised. Traci checked the vehicle with me and made sure I was completely satisfied. I was very pleased with Traci's efficiency, and with her friendly and pleasant demeanor. Been a Ford owner since 1975. Traci is, by far, the most efficient and knowledgeable Service Advisor I've dealt with in 42 years of Ford vehicle ownership. More

I've got a diesel truck all of us business owners know never good when it breaks down I called the dealer and I spoke to Tracy she called the tow company for me when I got there she offered me water I was more than stressed at this point we sat down went over what happened with the truck within 4 hrs I got a call with an estimate and explanation to what happened I got it repaired and back on the road within 2 days .. awesome right despite her age she very knowledgeable about vehicles and will definitely make you laugh despite your mood Luckily I broke down in Melbourne meeting Tracy converted me from Palm Bay ford to Kelly ford she shows what true customer service really is !!! Now I bring all my vehicles there . Tracy if you see this Thanks again !!! More
Unsatisfactory Product Purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. Discovered a transmission fault upon reversing the vehicle in a "kind of a rush to back up" position. The transmissio Purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. Discovered a transmission fault upon reversing the vehicle in a "kind of a rush to back up" position. The transmission thumps as if it would not engage in reverse position. This is a factory defect that Fords knows about it per Service Management and transmission lead technician. According to them, "all Ford Fusions have this condition". The problem is hard to duplicate but my vehicle has repeatedly done it. Service management has informed me that Ford is working on the problem but has not found a solution. More
