Kept there word on an awesome prize! A couple months ago, Kelly Ford celebrated their Anniversary. In honor of that, they, along with 98.5 The Beach, had a contest. To make a long story A couple months ago, Kelly Ford celebrated their Anniversary. In honor of that, they, along with 98.5 The Beach, had a contest. To make a long story short, I won. It was an awesome 2 night/3 day stay at Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee. It came with $250 in spending money and a Mustang to drive that weekend. Along with that they were to detail our vehicle we dropped off when picking up the Mustang. Although we had the Hotel stay in writing from 98.5, nothing was in writing about the vehicle. Yet, they kept there word. Not only that, my husband and I decided to take his 3 children along and there was no way we would have fit in a Mustang. Kelly Ford graciously offered us a larger vehicle of our choice. We chose the Ford Expedition and they agreed, with absolutely no hesitation. It was fully loaded and absolutely a beautiful, comfortable vehicle, beyond my expectations. They even let us have it a day before the trip and a day after to make things easy on us. I dealt with Charlie and Jim, the sales managers. My husband said he also had a great dealing with the manager Doug when returning the vehicle. The detail job they did on my husbands truck was so great, he jokingly said he didn't recognize it. Unfortunately, we aren't in a position to get a new vehicle at this time, so I can't review the dealership based on that. However, keeping ones word is one of the most important things in life and this dealership kept theirs. We all want to say a very big thank you to everyone involved as this was a trip ,everyone, especially the kids, will never forget. What an amazing prize. It is something we couldn't have done for the children ourselves, so thank you again. More

Service review with Judy Daly Judy Daly has been providing excellent service to our family for years. At first, my son bought a Ford 150 and she was providing service to him. Well, Judy Daly has been providing excellent service to our family for years. At first, my son bought a Ford 150 and she was providing service to him. Well, he always came home and raved about her and how easy she made things for him. So of course when I bought a Ford, I took my Fusion SEL to her as well. I was so impressed with the personalized service she provided! She goes over and above what you would normally expect to make your experience a good one. She even helped me surprise my son for Christmas with a new set of tires and we had told him his truck was being recalled!!! Now, who does that!? She is so awesome...you have a jewel there and clearly you know it because she has been promoted. Now we are working with her daughter, Tracy, and she is following in her Mothers footsteps providing the same level of service. I certainly hope you tell Judy how much we love her and rely on her to keep us rolling along. Thanks for everything special that you do for us Judy! The politeness of your staff from Charlie at the new car front desk and every other employee was on point, top of the customer service meaning. I have previously bought 3 used cars from Kelly for 2 daughters and my mom, The Kelly Ford experience has been absolutely 2nd to none. But this time at the service dept., Jeremy Collins, Service Advisor has the Management, Customer Service, and One on One skills to a customer that a Dealership should be proud of having a man like that representing their brand. I can not say enough about this man, he was without a dought the most thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable, caring and professional person that I've ever had help me.
