He has done an excellent job in getting the headlights approved to be replaced. He is very helpful, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We enjoy working with him. Secondly is your parts man, arquimedes fleitas. He knows what i need when I describe to him my problem. Having someone like that on your staff is so valuable to someone like me. We would also like to mention Tabby. Again, this is someone who you are very lucky to have. Always a smile and wants to help. She has high energy and makes you feel like you choose the right place to get your car serviced. We continue to bring both of our ford vehicles to Kelly only because of the folks there. excellent service department we recently retired and moved to Florida and have a vintage ford ranger. The service department and Dan Smith in particular are outstanding. they really stand behind the work and go the extra mile to accommodate the customer. they repaired both auto transmission and air conditioning on my ranger that another ford dealer and several high end repair shops were not able to previously fix.
