2012 Ford Fusion Transmission Shifts Like a New Car My 2012 Fusion was having some transmission problems when shifting. I spoke with Traci and made an appointment to have the transmission serviced. The car was ready when promised and I received a call from Traci telling me that I could pick it up at my convenience. When I came to pick the car up, I found Traci and took care of the charges, which only took a couple of minutes. Traci gave me a receipt and a copy of the itemized invoice. By then my car had been brought up and was sitting just outside the door, nice and clean inside and out. After servicing, the transmission shifts like a new car. Very Satisfied More

Greg Cameron, the transmission specialist, was very knowledgeable and explained details of the transmission to me that will be extremely valuable as I continue to use my new 2016 Ford Focus as a tow car behind my newly acquired motor home. I now know that the transmission is NOT a regular automatic one but an "electronically controlled manual" one. This makes the vehicle a much better choice for towing and allows me to verify it is in Neutral by simply rolling it a little after the power has been removed (the last step to prepare for towing). More

Service representative wanted to brag that they completed all of the recalls! Dont brag about completing something that is a ford issue. Back seat is still broken in the down position from a part they were supposed to order a year ago. Guess it's still on back order! Their only highlight is a female.named Tabby. She was wonderful too bad the guy with no personality wasn't. That's why I usually go to Gattos. More

My service rep Traci Daly is a sweetheart who is on top of everything from start to finish. Even making sure my car was washed before I left the dealership. Yes I know I can bring my car in for service without an appointment, even for a simple oil change, tire rotation etc. I still call Tracy because she's knows what's going on with my car while I'm waiting. More
