regular service our Ford Escape is 2 years old. all the periodic service has been done by Kelly Ford. After a rear-ender last year, my insurance co had it repaired by the local Buick/GMC dealer. they did good work, but couldn't repair the foot operated lift hatch. took it to Kelly, they repaired it and billed the Buick dealership. Kelly's service writers and maintenance technicians are great, so are the sales people. The whole operation at Kelly is superb, including the coffee bar and popcorn. More

I anticipated waiting longer and was pleasantly surprised how quickly i was done. While I was waiting CD Williams from the sales team spent time with me to confirm I was still pleased with the truck. I received a follow up from Pamela Prather and then Judy Daly to confirm I was satisfied with my visit. I was completely satisfied. More

Just in time! On July 1, I brought my Grand Marquis in for an oil change and routine maintenance. My supervisor ws Sean Harmon., who pointed out that I needed new w On July 1, I brought my Grand Marquis in for an oil change and routine maintenance. My supervisor ws Sean Harmon., who pointed out that I needed new windshield wipers (which I had forgotten). He also reported that I needed a new battery, which was covered under warranty. The crew did a grand job, including cleaning and washing. They did not have a replacement battery in stock, but would have one by the next day. Sure enough, I came in on July 3 and had it installed. Was this a Godsend! We made a trip to Georgia that same week, and encountered torrential rainstorms there and back! Thank you for your timely reminder and great service! More
