Over the telephone, I spoke to Charles Algieri-McCarthy in the Sales Department and he LISTENED to my complaint, didn't brush me off, and helped me get the part ordered and my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. The service he provided me was excellent, and he is a credit to the Ford organization. His professionalism and attention to detail in this matter will keep me as a Ford customer. This is not to be construed as a sales pitch, for if you don't believe me, go into the showroom and ask for him and you will see what I have said is every bit the truth. More

Traci in service and Stephan in sales were also a big part of my excellent experience. The customer service is exemplary and I would recommend anybody take their vehicle there. Just a oil change I have been having my car serviced for over fours years at kelly since I bought it from them. They have always taking care of me. This time I brought I have been having my car serviced for over fours years at kelly since I bought it from them. They have always taking care of me. This time I brought my car in to get a oil change. Normally my care is clean. But been real busy with work and have not had the time. I meant to ask my service advisor Traci to wash my car but I forgot durning the process. I dropped the car off and got a ride to work then remembered I wanted it done. So I texted Traci and she said your car is done and she has been washed. She knew already it needed it. Thanks for that one. More
