Customer Service Review I am so thankful for meeting Fred Gwin, I had almost given up hope on Ford being able to fix my truck. My truck had been in on several occasions at an I am so thankful for meeting Fred Gwin, I had almost given up hope on Ford being able to fix my truck. My truck had been in on several occasions at another dealership for a noise coming from the vehicle, they replaced part after part with no results. So I contacted Ford about the issue, and they told me to take my truck to Kelly Ford. I understand that sometimes it’s hard to duplicate the problem for the mechanics, but Fred was patient and listened to my story of what the vehicle had been through. He asked all the right questions and told me that my truck was “In good hands” and assured me he would get the issue resolved. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call from Fred informing me that my truck was ready for my inspection, to my delight the noise was gone!! Fred you’re my hero and thank you to your amazing team!! More

I had brought my car in for a recall and was advised I would need to wait by the scheduler. I arrived to be greeted by Traci and I expressed to her that my schedule wouldn't allow me to wait. Traci went above and beyond to resolve my worries of being stranded as I had lots to do that day. I was put into a vehicle for the day.
