Keep up the good work, Traci I have serviced my car at Kelly Ford since I bought it there in 2011, and it has always been a pleasure working with Ms. Judy Daly and now Traci Daly I have serviced my car at Kelly Ford since I bought it there in 2011, and it has always been a pleasure working with Ms. Judy Daly and now Traci Daly who I entrust my car maintenance with. On December 20, 2017 when I called for an Oil Change appointment, I was told that they were totally booked up for the Holidays. That did not matter to me since I still had 3500 mi. left to go to the next Oil Change. On Dec. 21, 2017 I went to Kelly Ford to have the " Change Oil " light reset. I was greeted by Tabby Collins who immediately noticed a low tire pressure on the left rear tire which had a nail in it. Without any hesitation Traci and Tabby took my car in and took care of my Oil Change. Also fixed the Tire, reset the Light and gave the car a good Vacuum and Wash to boot. Traci has always given me the best of service. It is such superior service and caring like Traci did, that makes Kelly Ford great and a customer come back. Thank you again, Traci! More

This is the fourth time I have had my Fords (and I only buy Ford after Ford opted not to take US government money in 2009) serviced at Kelly- each time, the vehicle was returned sparkling clean, on time and with the work perfectly done. Not familiar with Continued Service Plan issued by Ford Personnel were not familiar with Ford Continued Service Plan. Even after I showed them my card they told me my worked would not be covered. I did n Personnel were not familiar with Ford Continued Service Plan. Even after I showed them my card they told me my worked would not be covered. I did not have the work done and went home. On my way home I was thinking to myself what was I paying for, When I got home I called the Continued Service Plan and was told all of the work would be covered. I do not feel I should have had to make this call. When I called back Kelly ford and told them I had the "Ultimate Plan" they ten took the initiative to call the plan and give them the account number, which they already had, to verify everything was covered. I do not feel I should have had to make these calles and get upset when told my work would not be covered. A little initiative on there part could have told them everything they needed to know. I went back to kelly ford the next day and the car was taken in. I have been a customer at kelly ford for many years. This is the third vehicle I bought from them. There service department as deteriorated over the years. I may buy ford again but not from this dealership. More

I brought my dodge van in to get a oil change and Dan was very helpful telling me about all the different services he recommended i do for it, i just wish i had the money to do it! The tech who worked on my van said that my battery was on its way out and Dan told me i looked like it was under warrenty some where else and suggested to get it replaced for free there. As a woman that doesnt know much about cars knowing that Dan is out to help me and not just take my money has made it so i will alway be back, its hard to find people who truley care any more!! Thanks dan! More
