Customer Focused Service Department There was a misunderstanding of expectations during a recent service appointment to diagnose the interment operation of the cruise control on my F-150 There was a misunderstanding of expectations during a recent service appointment to diagnose the interment operation of the cruise control on my F-150 truck. There was an unexpected delay in receiving the repair parts and I had to take my truck home that afternoon to make an important client meeting early the next morning. Upon returning two days later, I was met upon my arrival by Jeremy Collins, the Service Operations Manager. He apologized on behalf of his department for any inconvenience the delay of the repairs may have caused and personally oversaw the follow-up of (3) additional items I had added to the original repair list. Jeremy's attention to detail for all my repair issues completely set aside any and all residual unsatisfactory feelings I may have had and I walked away a 100% satisfied customer. More

I can say from experience that in this area there are a number of really good body shops who do decent work, but Kelly Ford Collision Center stands out among the rest as a great body shop where outstanding work is the rule rather than the exception. I had a problem w/syncing phone. I had a problem syncing phone to car.. Tabby,Vin,Cheryl were so helpful.. They did what they could.. Had to go to AT&T.. (SO NOT HELPFUL). The few times that I have gone to a different service center I have regretted it. It's Kelly Ford who fixes the problem immediately.. Traci Daly & Tabby Collins are wonderful!! They are both very friendly and well educated in the car business. They always take the time to make sure all my service issues are resolved. If there is a question they can't answer they find the answer. When I am comfortably sitting in their waiting room(s), watching cable TV while drinking one of their many flavors of coffee or having a cold refreshing beverage while eating their fresh popcorn, Traci and/or Tabby will often take the time to chat with me in the customer lounge. Not just about cars but life in general. It makes for a fun day. It's because of this relaxed soothing atmosphere that customers often enjoy chatting with one another. It's a stress free environment and experience. Free transportation is always available at all times. I can disappear while my car is being serviced and go any where within their mileage limits. Such as back & forth to lunch, movie, home, etc. Cheryl Shaton is also an asset to this dealership. She too is always accessible, smiling and knowledgeable. As well as very patient while giving GPS instruction. I have leased and purchased cars from Kelly Ford. I try to have all service done at this dealership. As for sales, Vinny Amore is my guy!. He is friendly, well-informed and tries very hard to get the best deal(s) for the customer. I have recommended this Ford dealership and will continue to do so. More
