service was terrible 1st time there, On May 4th, 2018, 1st service for oil change/tire rotation= it was terrible...won't be back for oil change/tire rotation ever again... 1st time there, On May 4th, 2018, 1st service for oil change/tire rotation= it was terrible...won't be back for oil change/tire rotation ever again..., that is for sure ? Hopefully warranty work, if any,will be better ? But it doesn't make me feel good ? The service started out fine but went down hill quickly, ON Every Ones Part !!! Never again... Sales dept was great...Service was pitiful !!!! More

TABBY COLLINS IS AMAZING!!! I purchased my vehicle from Tabby Collins and it was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Body Shop experience w/ John Biansco & Viko Newman To make a long story short, I have a Ford Fusion, have been a customer for several years and had a small paint spot fixed last August in the sun roof. To make a long story short, I have a Ford Fusion, have been a customer for several years and had a small paint spot fixed last August in the sun roof. The car was left with extensive sand in the headliner which has been dropping since then. Telephone calls to the previous person in the body shop did not resolve the issue. I let it go over the holidays (as frustrating as it was) and called again in February. A new Body Shop person, John Biansco took my call and I told him my tale of woe. He was very kind & promised to "make it right". I explained that sand had been falling all over the interior for several months. He arranged for a 'loaner' car for me and took my car in to be fixed. I was absolutely amazed when I picked up my car. He had the headliner dropped, fixed the antenna that had come lose due to sand, and even detailed the car because the sand was also in the tracks which electronically move my driver seat. He and his administrative person could not have been nicer and they reinstated my faith in Kelly Ford. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I hope you let them know their kindness is appreciated and can only lead to more recommendations for their excellent service. More

They go above and beyond even after the sale! I purchased my Edge in December 2017. I had a few issues that were quickly taken care of by Zeth James, Sales Manager ......in April I might add! FRIENDLY PEOPLE!! This is our second visit to Kelly Ford. We are "snow birds" so we don't always know where to go. However a FORD dealer is always our first choice wi This is our second visit to Kelly Ford. We are "snow birds" so we don't always know where to go. However a FORD dealer is always our first choice with our vehicle. This visit was to the parts department, where we were treated very kindly, and then we went to the Body Shop as recommended to see about getting the work done. John, Gil and the secretary there were phenomenal! They absolutely treat people with kindness, respect and are friendly and willing to help out. Our situation was a little different so John looked at our issue and between him and Gil they were able to take care of our problem on the spot. We then cancelled our parts order with no problem and were on our way. In this day and time of everyone being in a hurry and not thinking about how they can help someone out it was a pleasant surprise to have them be so interested in taking care of us - and always with a smile on their faces. It truly made our day and whenever we are in this area and need any work, etc. done on our vehicle we will definitely choose Kelly Ford. In addition we will let everyone we know who is looking to choose Kelly Ford for their needs and New Cars! You should be very proud of your employees. More
