I Have Complete Confidence in the Service Department I have a Ford Transit Connect (Cherry Red) 2015 that I love and baby. I actually bought it through CarMax but have gotten all my service done thru thi I have a Ford Transit Connect (Cherry Red) 2015 that I love and baby. Always feel confident in what they tell me is needed (just got the back brakes fixed) as well as the usual tires rotated and oil change. It's a nicely run Service Dept. (very organized & clean!) and a great surprise is that I saw a Service Rep that I have known for a long time, Milton. He worked at the Mazda dealership when I had a Miata. He's a great guy!! He helped me with current dealership coupons and explained the situation and urgency with the brakes. I've never had to wait or wonder what to do or where to go next. Great communication. I'm a loyalty member and will be a long time customer. More
