She was patient while we decided how much work we wanted done and I didn't feel pushed into unnecessary services. The service team was efficient and returned my car quickly. My only regret is that I forgot to ask for my military discount! More

Very accommodating I use Kelly Ford in Melbourne, Fl for all my maintenance on my F150, and most of the time I have my two kids, 5yr and 9yr olds, with me. Cheaply made cars I have a new 2017 mustang GT that I bought at Kelly Ford and the cloth seats are already wearing out, even though the car has 8700 miles. Excellent service-great people Our car was overdue for it's first oil change after driving down to FL from New England. Even though my husband did not have an appointment, they were more than happy to accommodate him. They even offered to have the car washed as well! The amenities they offered were great as well-especially the power chair! We will be bringing our car back for future service calls, and when the lease runs out, hopefully to get another vehicle with this dealership. More

Regular maintenance, I.e., oil change, tire rotation, etc. Service attendant was pleasant and thorough. I had to buy 3 tires. I waited 3 hrs. for everything. Kind of a long wait.
