He talked to the technician that serviced my truck, and the person that entered the information on the paperwork. My truck was serviced correctly and the issue was a typo. The point being he took the time to insure it was done right and the paperwork was correct. This guy is all about the customer and I appreciate it. And I need to mention Tabby.
