The Best honest, professional, fast, efficient service. I travel from the Orlando area to Kelly Ford Melbourne FL. to have service and repair work on my 2013 Ford Explore and my 2001 Ford F350. I do this because of the consistent commendable, friendly and professional customer service. Mr. Jim Wilson is my go to for fast and professional oil change and minor repair. Mrs Kristina Dispigna has been highly instrumental in a successful major transmission repair on my F350. Mrs Dispigna took the pro active role in following up on repair status and keeping me informed of every status to completion. Not only was my vehicle repaired but it was returned to me very clean. Mr Jeremy Collins as always like he did when he was my service rep again took a personal concern regarding the maintenance of my vehicles and the service being provided. These individuals HIGHLY REPRESENT KELLY FORD. I commend them for the best customer service that I have received in Florida. Thank you Mrs. Kristina Dispigna, Mr. Jeremy Collins and Mr. Jim Wilson. Exceptional Customer Service! I called the service department one afternoon around 5:45 p.m. when I realized my key fob wasn't working. I had the good fortune of speaking with Mr. I called the service department one afternoon around 5:45 p.m. when I realized my key fob wasn't working. I had the good fortune of speaking with Mr. Derek Ertz-Berger who told me to come right over to see if he could help solve the problem. He normally leaves at 6:00 p.m., but would wait for me to come in (I only live about 10-12 min. away). I arrived right at 6:00 p.m. and Derek was there to help! He tried the simple fix of replacing the battery, which didn't work so after doing a couple of other tests, he said the key fob needs to be replaced. He made sure I knew how to lock my car using the keypad on the car door and told me to come in early the next day (Sat. May 15th). I came in the next day and Derek took care of my car within an hour. He provided exceptional and friendly customer service with competence and ease and made this a pleasant experience! Thank you! More

I went in with body damage from my car and when I walked in Viko greeted me with a smile and had my rental there in a heartbeat. Pete called me several times to update me on my car and John, Viko and Pete took care of a insurance problem that I was having due to mis-communication from the other parties insurance company. They were so relatable and totally understood where I was coming from. I don't want to say that I'll go back for that would mean I'd need more body work, so when I get my car serviced I will stop in and say hello. :) More

The Ford team members stop by our table, visit, bring coloring books for the kids and make sure we are comfortable. Over the years my satisfaction with the service has varied from marginal to excellent depending upon which service advisor handled the job. Within the last year or so I began working with Tabby Collins. She has been absolutely outstanding. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough in everything she does. She is a joy to work with! Kelly Ford should be very happy to have her on their team. I need to add a quick comment about the technicians. They do excellent work and have kept my car in tip-top condition. Kudos to them all. More
