Derek was extremely helpful. I came in for my radio and Abs light issues. Derek explained that the radio had to be ordered but the Abs rear sensor would be replaced. Effortless and Efficient I went in for standard maintenance. The service team found there was a wire damage caused by a squirrel chewing on it. I filled out my insurance claim I went in for standard maintenance. The service team found there was a wire damage caused by a squirrel chewing on it. I just waited for repairs to be done (quickly) while he worked with the insurance company to get what they needed. Best dealership ever! More

I have had excellent service from Mr. Vazquez on several occasions in the past on this vehicle and my 2001 F-350. He has always kept me informed of the status of my vehicle during maintenance. He is always professional, knowledgeable, caring and polite. I commend him for the fast and superior service that he always provides. He is an excellent representative of Kelly Ford. Excellent, Responsive Emergency Service & Friendly Staff! I needed a critical repair while traveling. My Pup, Sonny, was with me. Everyone pulled together to get the job done and us back on the road. Pete (the Technician) had to fabricate the necessary brake part, install and test it. Backed up by Sean, the Service Manager and DJ, the Service Advisor (and the whole Team there) we were back on the road with happy memories of everyone at Kelly (including others who stopped to admire Sonny -- a gregarious, but well mannered Golden Retriever. Although we had to drive all night to make our appointed destination, the work Pete and the Kelly Team did performed flawlessly. More
