Electrical problem on my F-250 resulted in engine failure I had my truck completely packed with personal and softball gear. I called Sean Krisanda-service manager-telling him the truck was being towed and I would be out of town for a week. I bought the truck from Kelly Ford 17 yrs ago and have been dealing with Sean for many years. I deal exclusively with Kelly to service my truck and have never left the dealership dissatisfied with quality of work, pricing, etc. They always offer a 10% military discount ; I'm a Marine veteran. Because Sean was recently promoted, Josh Garcia took charge of my case and hit the ground running. It was a complicated case involving AGM batteries, alternator, and another electrical part that needed to be replaced. Batteries were under warranty with Interstate, alternator was under warranty with Ford, and the other part was a special order. Josh kept me updated between games and made me feel I was his only client. In my view this was a complicated case with several moving parts. Josh put it together professionally and was a pleasure dealing with. In the future, he'll be my "go to adviser." Note: as I was leaving the dealership Josh told me he was also a Marine and we determined we were in the same unit but at different times. Small world! More

After my description, he knew instantly what the issue was. He assured me a prompt fix could be done and asked if I needed a ride home. When I picked up the vehicle, he went over the paperwork thoroughly with me, then made sure the vehicle was cleaned on the exterior (a pleasant surprise). The vehicle performs like it was new. I am always blown away by the service here! The follow ups are flawless. Phone call, text message, AND an email? I’ve never seen such thorough communication from a service center before. They make everything a breeze and completely stress free. I dealt with Josh first thing in the morning who confirmed they received my car that I dropped off after hours the night prior via key drop box. He reviewed what I thought was wrong, gave me a price estimate per my request (which I had actually called for several days earlier... he remembered!), walked me through what the process would be and how long it would take. About an hour later (exactly when he said it would be finished), I got a called from his associate, Dave, who mentioned he knew I was being assisted by Josh prior but that he was taking over just for a few minutes. (Great communication, guys!!) Dave offered to do some additional maintenance on my vehicle since I was due for an oils change and they had time. Josh then called back later to confirm everything was good to go. When I walked in and said my name, Josh knew exactly who I was and had me in and out in under 15 minutes. The friendliness of the staff, convenience of after hours drop off, and the thorough communication is exactly why I go here! Being a young adult, it’s hard to know who the right auto mechanics are but I have no doubt in my mind that I made the right decision trusting Kelly Ford. It’s such an easy and stress-free experience. More
