They are fair and honest and tell you exactly what you need for your car and there is no high pressure tactics to just get your money here. I trust my vehicle to them and they always take great care of it, they even washed and vacuumed it for me before returning it to me. I had to leave it with them overnight so they could complete the work I requested of them and they even made arrangements for me to be picked up for a rental car until I could pick my car up. The technician knew right away what repairs I needed and I was called within the hour of me dropping off the car. I LOVE my car and Kelly Ford shows me they love my car too! More

I bought a truck from them and drove it for 12 years before trading it. plus I have a 01 Ranger as an everyda I have used this dealership since 2001. They listen to my concerns and repair my truck right the first time. This time I had a couple of issues that needed attention and I described what was going on. They fixed those issues and completed my service in a timely manner. They took me home picked me up when complete. They were responsive and courteous. More

Excellent service on manufacturer recall I had an appointment to fix my transmission clutch that i found on my ford pass app as a manufacturer recall. I went to Kelly Ford and Josh Garcia, se I had an appointment to fix my transmission clutch that i found on my ford pass app as a manufacturer recall. I went to Kelly Ford and Josh Garcia, service advisor, greeted me and set me up with an appointment. The day of my appointment they checked me in and set me up with a shuttle ride to work. I waited for 20 min in the "customer area" for my shuttle. Sat in the massage chair they had in there and had the option for free soft drink or coffee while I waited. Entire process from making appointment to being ready kept me very informed every step of the way via phone calls or automated text messages. More
Help with frustrating situration My dealing with Kelly ford was very frustrating. I ordered a passenger side view mirror for my Ford fusion. When the mirror came in, I pick it up My dealing with Kelly ford was very frustrating. I ordered a passenger side view mirror for my Ford fusion. When the mirror came in, I pick it up and took them to collisions department to get painted. There I met John Biansco . John wanted to make sure I had the correct parts before painting. He discovered that the mirror, I was given, would not plug into the outlet on my car and there was a 2nd piece I needed to order to complete the mirror. I went back to the part department to make sure I had the correct part and order the other part of the mirror. They said it was correct but they think I needed a new wire harness because it looked like Ford changed the plug. They ordered the parts and when they came in I drove back to Ford. I was handed the parts and was told to take to a service person to get the wire harness installed. Totally frustrated at this point, I spoke to Sean Krisanda, who found out the plug was changed due to problems and that all the parts I had were correct and the job could be done by them correctly. I trusted Sean to get it done but I was not happy that I had to pay for the harness to be wired in because Ford change the plug due to problems. Then It was a trip back to the collision department for painting with John who assured me that Sean knew his business and I was in good hands. When the painting was done, I went back to Kelly ford to make an appointment with Sean to get the job completed and pay for the painting. Two more trips to Kelly ford and I should be done with this whole mess. Dropped the car off, Sean handled my paperwork, and when I picked it up he made sure everything was in working order. It was such a pleasure to meet your employees, Sean Krisanda and John Biansco. I would consider them big assets to your company. Without them making sure I had everything needed to get the job done and done correctly, I would still have my car in pieces. They made a very frustrating situation so much better with their knowledge, kindness and understanding. M Higbie More

Electrical problem on my F-250 resulted in engine failure I had my truck completely packed with personal and softball gear. I was enroute to play in a national softball tournament (we won!!!) when all cockpi I had my truck completely packed with personal and softball gear. I was enroute to play in a national softball tournament (we won!!!) when all cockpit gauges/ABS went to zero. I called Sean Krisanda-service manager-telling him the truck was being towed and I would be out of town for a week. I bought the truck from Kelly Ford 17 yrs ago and have been dealing with Sean for many years. I deal exclusively with Kelly to service my truck and have never left the dealership dissatisfied with quality of work, pricing, etc. They always offer a 10% military discount ; I'm a Marine veteran. Because Sean was recently promoted, Josh Garcia took charge of my case and hit the ground running. It was a complicated case involving AGM batteries, alternator, and another electrical part that needed to be replaced. Batteries were under warranty with Interstate, alternator was under warranty with Ford, and the other part was a special order. Josh kept me updated between games and made me feel I was his only client. In my view this was a complicated case with several moving parts. Josh put it together professionally and was a pleasure dealing with. In the future, he'll be my "go to adviser." Note: as I was leaving the dealership Josh told me he was also a Marine and we determined we were in the same unit but at different times. Small world! More
