The advertised price on the Kelly web page is not the actual price. I was told that the web page is maintained be an outside source and “not our fault”. I expected to see a couple of add-ons but not $8k actual price. I was told that the web page is maintained be an outside source and “not our fault”. I expected to see a couple of add-ons but not $8k above the advertised price. The sales manager knocked a couple of thousand off and I went ahead and bought. As I was leaving, I was told that my second key and owners manual were being sent from Georgia and would be there by the end of the week. When I called later, I was told that key and manual were lost in the mail and that I needed to come in next Friday to to have a key made. When I arrived on Friday, I was told that I should have come in at 8:00 and the key guy had already left…come back next Friday. I called the next Thursday to verify that the key guy would be there at 8:00 on Friday and was assured he would be. I drove back to Melbourne on Friday and arrived at 8:00 and was told that the key guy never gets in before 9:30, So I waited. At 9:30 I was told that the key guy would not be in today but the service department could make a key (no explanation why that option was not available the week before). Shortly after 10:00 I was told that the service department did not have a “blank” key and would have to order one from Ford. I was given an owners manual from another vehicle but will have to drive back to Melbourne to do the key dance again. VERY FRUSTRATING! I went to Kelly because I had a good experience when I purchased my F150 5 years ago. Apparently something has changed. There are a lot of Ford dealers in the area and I will visit one of the others next time. More
