Anthony is not just a car salesperson, he is a car I found a car I loved online and I LUCKED OUT when I called the dealership and got Anthony Bowers. Anthony is not just a car salesperson, he is a car guy. He knew all about the specs, the differences between years, and the pros and cons related to price and various options - not only about the mustang I was interested in, but about several other makes of cars. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, straightforward, and he worked hard to help me. We considered I wanted versus the things I needed, he was accessible on the phone in about three seconds (I called relentlessly each time I had a question), he operated on my timeline, and he was incredibly HUMAN to deal with. I am not a person that typically writes reviews, and I am not a person who typically recommends specific people. However, Anthony made my experience with Kelly Ford so easy that I promised him I would write a review. He loves his own cars, and he helped me find a car that I am in love with. When I decided I was going to finance this car to add to my credit rating, Anthony handled everything and made some helpful suggestions with respect to warranties. He delivered the car to me with Carrie States, and they called my insurance, went through the paperwork three times to make sure all my questions were answered, and Anthony texted me days later to follow up. Carrie could not have been more helpful, calm, or well-informed. She was also very patient with me when I wanted to make sure something with the financing was clear. In short, I think you're in good hands with Kelly Ford, and I think you're in great hands if you call Anthony or Carrie. Particularly if you're looking at mustangs, Anthony is THE guy. I can't say enough good about my experience, and I look forward to dealing with Kelly Ford in the future. More
