Once we got the deal done and into financing, Johnnie was a pleasure to work with as well. She went above and beyond for us and our kids (who were getting quiet anxious). Had an issue with my F150 (transmission issue that affected safe drivability of the truck) and not from the Melbourne area. Called Kelly ford and spoke with Derek and DJ in the service dept., they said bring it in and they would try to squeeze me in that day or first thing next day. I was seen in MINUTES and had my truck checked in and was back on the road with a rental within a few hours! Derek went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and I can't thank him enough! Then the finance manager, Sandra Smith, got involved. She used high pressure with misleading and/or blatantly false statements. I'm 71 and a stroke victim. She got me so confused I wasn't sure if I was still left-handed. In addition to other discrepancies, the allegedly 100% bumper-to-bumper 8-year extended service contract actually has a $100 deductible and EXPIRES in 36,000 miles (same as the factory warranty). When I read all the fine print, I cancelled (by certified mail) and demanded a refund in accordance with the contract and Florida Law. That was 3 weeks ago. I'm still getting a run around and promises (but no check) from Kelly and Ford Motor Credit. Buyer beware! More

The repair needed was expensive but he walked me through my options in an understandable fashion that allowed me to get the best value for what I spent. He organized and completed my vehicle repairs so that the ordered parts needed arrived the day expected and the repair was completed the same day (I picked up the vehicle the day after repair completed due to some personal obligations keeping me from coming to pick up on the day of completion). You are fortunate to have Mr. Perez and the rest of your staff as employees. Everyone I encountered at Kelly was helpful, courteous, friendly, and smiling. More
