Derek has been taking care of my Explorer for almost a year. He has found warranty solutions for things that I did not even realize were warranteed. Justin was extremely accommodating and helped me make last-minute arrangements. The sales department is very efficient, and I was in and out with all my documents signed and keys in my hand within an hour and a half. More
